Gene's career is marked by a distinguished tenure with the US Intelligence Community, where he has demonstrated exceptional leadership and managerial capabilities. His academic background includes a BA and MA in Anthropology, and Ph.D. studies in Neuroanthropology, supplemented by cross-training in psychology, psychophysiology, and GIS. He is widely recognized for his expertise in PRC GPC hybrid warfare strategy and has led numerous R&D initiatives, developing innovative war gaming simulations.
